Most AI software struggles with usability because intelligence is treated as a bolted-on feature rather than a native interaction pattern. I design and build products around the realities of working with models: handling latency and streaming states, orchestrating agent workflows, designing human-in-the-loop controls, and structuring probabilistic outputs so users actually trust what they are looking at.
