Recently, I've brought that same design-first thinking into AI. After seeing many businesses deploy chatbots that felt generic, sycophantic, and disconnected from their brand, I started building them differently, treating conversational AI as a design problem, not just a technical one.
Today, I design AI-powered support assistants for e-commerce and SaaS businesses, built around their knowledge base, tone of voice, and visual identity, so they feel like part of the experience.
